How do you ensure the meat stays fresh during delivery?
We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging, including insulated liners and food-grade gel ice packs, to ensure your meat remains at a safe, chilled temperature from our facility to your doorstep.
What are your delivery areas and timelines?
We currently offer nationwide shipping. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically processed the same day, with most customers receiving their fresh meat within 24 to 48 hours.
Can I customize the cut of my meat?
Absolutely. We offer various cutting options (such as curry pieces, steaks, or whole cuts) on our product pages. If you have a specific request, you can leave a note in the 'Special Instructions' box during checkout.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
How should I store the meat once it arrives?
Upon delivery, please transfer the meat to your refrigerator immediately if you plan to consume it within 2-3 days. For longer storage, we recommend placing it in the freezer right away.
